The historic Palace Theatre, built in 1915 by Herman Jochims, was built primarily for the presentation of stage plays by traveling theatre groups and for the "moving pictures", then an upcoming form of entertainment.  Focal points in the theatre proper are the originally painted wall panels, stage curtains, a pipe organ, and the artistic wall and ceiling decor.  A ballroom originally occupied the second floor of the building.  The Palace features current and classic motion pictures, as well as a wide variety of live entertainment.  Variety of Entertainment including:
* Live Theatre  * Musical Events  * Movies  * Private Parties Available
